Québec Clients
The Medically Assisted Reproduction Program in Quebec has been offered by RAMQ since November 15, 2021. This program covers a portion of the cost of donor sperm vials and shipping for eligible patients.

CAN-AM has chosen to participate in the RAMQ MAR program, allowing Québec patients to only pay up front for the portion of their donor sperm order that is not covered under the program.
Please follow the instructions below to avoid additional delays or fees.
The RAMQ Order Process
Order
Add your chosen donor to your cart on www.canamcryo.com and proceed with placing the order. Select “RAMQ” as your payment method – you will not be charged anything at the time of ordering.
Additional notes:
- Participating sperm banks are: NW Cryobank, Fairfax Cryobank, and Seattle Sperm Bank (NOT Xytex).
- Only ONE UNIT PER CYCLE is covered by the program (maximum six cycles).
Clinic Confirmation
Once you order is received, CAN-AM will confirm with your clinic that you are eligible for the RAMQ program. Orders may be delayed while we await this confirmation.
Payment
After your clinic has confirmed your eligibility, CAN-AM will email you an invoice for any amount owing that is not covered by RAMQ.
- RAMQ covers up to $850 per vial (vial prices can be found HERE)
- RAMQ covers up to $100 per shipping fee (shipping fees can be found HERE)
Orders that are cancelled after payment is made may be subject to a CANCELLATION FEE. Orders that have shipped from CAN-AM cannot be refunded.
Shipment
Your order will be scheduled to ship on the next available date according to the shipment schedule of your clinic. Your shipment date will be stated on your invoice. CAN-AM ships priority overnight to most major cities in Canada, but remote locations may require additional shipping days. Please note - courier delays beyond our control are possible.
Orders shipping within 24hrs of order request submission may be subject to a RUSH ORDER FEE if it is possible to ship.
