2. Select the sperm bank the donor is from *Note: the $75 fee is the retrieval from storage fee*
3. Enter the donor ID
4. Enter the number of units you are requesting to ship
5. Click "ADD TO CART" (Qty = 1)
6. Proceed to cart and checkout by either logging in to an exisiting account or creating a new one
