The Donor Egg Order Process
Search
Access extensive donor information by creating free accounts on our suppliers’ websites and choose from hundreds of highly screened, carefully selected egg donors. Contact CAN-AM for help getting started.
Each egg bank has a slightly different ordering process, but once you have found a donor that you like please let our donor egg team know as soon as possible by emailing donoreggs@canamcryo.com.
Order
Once CAN-AM confirms your donor egg reservation, we will provide you with next steps to proceed with your chosen donor(s), including:
- Required documents
- Payment instructions
- Clinic communication
Generally, you will have seven days from the time of reservation to complete your order.
Ship
As the Canadian importer and distributor, your donor egg order will first ship to CAN-AM. Our donor egg and compliance team will ensure everything is in order and will communicate with your clinic to schedule a shipment date. Our highly trained cryobank technicians will care for your donor eggs or embryos during their time in our lab.
The total time it takes from order completion to the order arriving at your clinic will vary depending on which egg bank you have ordered from, but typically it will take up to four weeks for US based egg banks, and up to eight weeks for egg banks outside of North America.
Once your eggs have arrived at your clinic, CAN-AM will continue to provide support to you and your clinic as needed.
