The Donor Sperm Order Process
Search
Choose from hundreds of highly screened, carefully selected sperm donors. Search our catalogue of Canadian compliant donors and access extensive donor information by creating free accounts on our suppliers’ websites. Each summary profile in our catalogue will include a link to the donor’s full profile on an external website.
You may see a donor listed on an external website that does not appear on the CAN-AM website, or appears with zero units available. This means we do not have any units from that donor in stock at the moment, but you can contact us to see if we anticipate any available Canadian compliant inventory in the near future.
Order
Select "Add to Cart" from the donor’s profile on the CAN-AM website. You will either be redirected to an external website to complete your order, or the donor will be added to your cart on the CAN-AM website where you can Proceed to Cart to complete your order. A representative will reach out if we require any additional documents from you, which could include:
- An Informed Consent or Acknowledgement of Genetic risk form if your chosen donor is a known carrier of a genetic condition.
- A Storage and Billing Agreement if you have chosen to keep any of your purchased units in storage at CAN-AM.
Ship
CAN-AM ships Monday to Friday with a priority overnight service to most locations in Canada. Please keep in mind that the time between order submission and shipment of your order will depend on:
- Order processing time: We request up to four business days to process orders, and orders shipping within 24hrs of order request submission may be subject to a RUSH ORDER FEE if it is possible to ship.
- Completion of any required order documents
- Your clinic’s order approval process and shipment schedule
- The sperm bank that your donor is from (orders placed with Xytex require 10-15 business days)
