Important Notice to Patients. Can-Am Cryo Services and Fairfax Cryobank are proud to announce that Fairfax will become the first Cryobank to complete retroactive screening of all donors for the joint American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG) recommended panel of Cystic Fibrosis mutations. Screening will be completed by July 1, 2003. This innovation and focus on excellence has necessitated a small fee increase as outlined in the new fee schedule effective July 1st, 2003. more
